Recognise the forms of the news
Newspapers and signs love short forms: Музе́й откры́т. Мост постро́ен. Закры́то. You only need to recognise them, and they agree like short adjectives.

One short form, four endings.
| Russian | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Музе́й откры́т. | The museum is open. |
| Библиоте́ка закры́та. | The library is closed. |
| Мост постро́ен в ты́сяча девятьсо́т девяно́стом году́. | The bridge was built in 1990. |
| Откры́то / Закры́то | Open / Closed (on a door) |
They agree like мал, мала́: откры́т, откры́та, откры́то, откры́ты. Recognise them; you will make them later.
