Say what you don't have, and which floor you live on
Saying you have something was easy. Saying you don't adds a new ending, your first genitive; the same ending works after о́коло, near.

A phone call about a new flat. Notice how the ending changes on the things the speaker does not have.

он words add -а (or -я); она́ words swap -а for -ы (-я for -и); оно́ words swap -о for -а. У нас нет телеви́зора, но есть ра́дио.
Which floor?
Five floors, counted the Russian way: the ground floor is the first.

The ground floor is пе́рвый эта́ж. After на: на пе́рвом, второ́м, тре́тьем, четвёртом, пя́том этаже́.
Near: о́коло

о́коло takes the same ending as нет.
